As a child, Ayeh had a great opportunity to live and grow in two different cultural settings. A native of Iran, she was born in 1979 during the development of the Islamic Revolution and grew up while the country was in war with Iraq. As the result, the family was forced to leave the homeland, and settled in Sweden.
Growing up in a foreign land, she realized a great perception of form, versus reality with attention to women in her photography. Ayeh used photography to portray duality she
experienced during her youth.
When her family returned to Iran, she pursued her passion and received her BA from Tehran’s Azad University in 2004.
Ayeh has worked as a professional photographer since then, and has demonstrated her vision in various exhibits in Tehran Galleries. Exhibitions in January 2006 and January 2007 at Zangar Gallery.
In august 28 till October 14 2007, Ayeh was selected to Venice’s Candiani Cultural Center Photography Competition, in Italy, and was participated at the exhibition with another 56 photographers.
In May 1 2009, presented her works (20 photos) at Ava Gallery in Tehran.
In May 6 2009 , five of her works participated at Orientalist Gallery in Dubai with another 2 artists around the world.
